PSN avatars for PAL regions?

Postby jeenie » Thu Dec 01, 2011 11:35 am

Are there any reasons why the Neptunia and Totori avatars are never released on the PAL PSN? I realise that there may not be as many NIS fans in Europe/Australia as there are in the States, but those of us that are, love the games just as much so the current situation is quite saddening.

I would guess it's already being looked into, as the Disgaea ones are already, it's just one of those things which takes longer than you might think to sort out.

So we do have plans to release some or all of the new avatars in PAL regions at some point in the future, but due to other projects and things going on and the time/resources it takes to get everything submitted, it probably won't be until after the new years.

Seeing as it's taken this long, over half a year, to get some confirmation that the possibly is being looked at, I know I wasn't expecting it to happen overnight.
Anyway, thanks for the update Houk. I have credit on my account that wants to be spent. :P

Until after the new years? I honestly don't mind as long it's confirmed that we will be getting the avatars. : D

It's only confirmed that we're working on it. While we don't foresee any issues bringing them to Europe, there's always the possibility of something popping up to get in the way and cause problems.

But we definitely want to bring them over!

Presumably we'll start hearing about those as soon as they have something to report about the status of getting any of the avatars over.
I'd probably expect the non-Disgaea ones to take a little longer though, being outside companies an' all.
