pre-order payment?

I pre ordered neptunia mk2 friday, but noticed today that they took the money out of my account already. I nknow the money isnt supposed to be taken out before shipping, so to get that money bak would I have to cancel or what?

You would indeed need to cancel to get your money back, although it's not actually been taken out of your account yet, it's sort of 'reserved' so when it actually gets dispatched you can afford to pay for it, even if you have no other money in your account at the time.

do you know how long it takes them to unreserve the money, when you cancel?

It shouldn't ever get drafted or stay reserved. Give it a day or so and the funds should return to your account. The NISA store Faqs explain this a bit better than I could though.
