So I bought this and DHD from PSN earlier, and I've already fallen in love with it, xD
Although I'm having trouble with the editor. When I make a new armour set, the left hand/foot don't show until the character walks/runs/does things, but the right foot/hand shows..
Is that supposed to happen?

Yep, that's how it's supposed to be. They stand kinda sideways, with one foot forward.
