And the psp games were just as good if not better in some areas, that it came down to piracy. It had nothing to do with quality

Well, that's fairly obviously not true, as the DS blows it completely out of the water by such a wide margin it's not even funny.

its comparable. I didnt say they sold more than the ds.

Just because the ds sold more doesnt mean the psp hasnt done a great job for a first time system in the states.

Whose back peddling?

Sega came right out and said valkyria 3 isnt being localized because 2 DID NOT SELL ENOUGH IN THE STATES.

Period. Why didnt it sell enough? I think it has something to do with how easy it is to pirate everything. It wasnt a quality issue.

Pretty much, although they said they weren't going to bring it over, they then changed their tune to 'maybe', so there's hope yet.

So what is the point of these posts?
You're just reiterating the same point you made in your previous post with no further explanation.

Sakura Wars So Long My love says otherwise.

Either way I hope NIS does this, they most likely can't unfortunately.

Sakura Wars is more related to Red Entertainment than Sega itself.

Indeed, Valkyria Chronicles was originally created by Sega, so they very much own it, although they did outsource 3's production to someone else instead of developing it internally like with the previous two.

And that's a shame, because it's a Media.Vision game.

Sega owns the franchise wholesale and created it.

However Red Entertainment does the series licensing along with Sega.

NISA was given the rights to license it here from both Red and Sega.To put it simply Sega doesn't often license its games to others but Sakura Wars was an exception.
