Also, the sprite/character in the corner looks like it's from Ar tonelico. Same style. That might just be Gust's style though.

If it's not some form of hymmnos. I can't see them taking the time and effort to make up another language unless it's a new IP they've cooked up.

I'm on the "reyvateils are illegal" side. That's about as good as excuse as any to have that poor girl locked up.

She kinda does resemble a Totori, but the setting doesn't fit the Atelier style.

Ar Tonelico also has a habit of locking Reyvateils in tiny rooms >.>
