Glad I preordered when it was announced. According to Mr Email, they're meant to start charging for the preorders as of today, and from that link you posted the preorders were meant to end on the 27th. XD

This is a lesson I could have used when it came to arranging my Love Application and Gal*Gun preorders. ><;

I can't believe NISA lied about the pre-order end date on the website like that. I was really counting on those extra SIX DAYS. I can't describe how angry this event has made me and the thought that they knowingly put the wrong date on the website that made people think they had nearly a week that NISA wasn't going to honor is sickening. They ran out of LE's. There's a reason why it's called a 'Limited Edition'. This just means sales are going great, so we should all be happy.

They ran out... You can't lie about something you sell out of before it's even out... This is why preorders get cut off on Amazon and Gamestop for LEs.

Unless you didn't have the money until the VERY end or didn't know about it before, there was no reason NOT to do it months earlier like everyone else.

The fact that they sold out before the preorder end date spells good news for sales, at least the initial sales anyway.

Sorry, but limited edition and limited amount aren't the same thing. You can still get Battlefield 3, Darkness 2, Arkham City, and Bulletsorm 'limited editions' at most retailers. And would it have been so hard to put Sold out instead of Closed on the website? Closed implies they stopped for reasons aside from stock issues. Coupled with the 'begin billing on the 21st' message, me finding out on the 22nd, I guess I put 2 and 2 together and got an exploding fish. As for my delay, I played HDN a while ago and wasn't really into it. I picked up again very recently and saw it in a new, much better light. (Yay White Heart) However my money was tied up in my Playstation Vita First Edition pre-order which came out last week, so I would have to wait until friday to pre-order HDN MK2. Don't get me wrong, that post wasn't me saying 'I won't buy this' but more of an uninformed 'WTF Mate?!' to keep me from breaking my keyboard or something. Still going to pre-order the normal edition off Amazon on friday, just wasn't expecting a company to actually make an LE well... Limited. As unintuitive as that may seem.

PS - THanks for clarifying, I feel much better now going into my non-LE pre-ordfer.

Augh, I too am severely disappointed by this. I thought I had enough time to get this by then... but I suppose not eh?
