Nowadays, they're mostly known for their new stuff, specially 428. You just can't argue, it's VN, it's their bread and butter.

From what I know they are most well known for shiren. Which they made 4 brand new shiren games this gen

And lets not forget who made the pokemon mystery dungeons. Main stream. Thats what they are known for.

The sequel to 999 between both versions sold lets say conservatively 20k


Shiren 5 sold around 50k on a single system

Well, they said that it sold amazingly well. So, regardless of what the numbers are, it was a big success.

Imageepoch has stated that there will be 5 games in the series, with one gaiden/spinoff title. So far, they've made 7th Dragon, with 7th Dragon 2020 as the one gaiden title. So it's safe to assume that the rest will be more like the first 7th Dragon.


also, sales figures:
7th Dragon [DS]: 140,000
7th Dragon 2020 [PSP]: 182,000

2020 has only been out for a couple of months, and it's already surpassed the first title in terms of sales.

A) lolwut. No. It doesn't. (PSP: 18.1 mil vs DS: 32.9 mil)
B) So did the first game.

I suggest you put stealth on ignore. My forum browsing has been completely devoid of IRL facepalming for the past 2 weeks, it's great! If it seems harmless, I can still click and see what he wrote, otherwise I just spare myself unnecessary rage.
