Probably because she sounds more Neptune's normal form than she did. I don't mind it personally, but I don't think it's a changed actor... I think they just had her speak more like "Nep" rather that use the seductive voice Purple Heart had. xD

I hope your Right I wouldn't mind that much I guess I will just have to wait and hear it for myself before I just start judging huh? xD but I shall miss her seduction like voice ;D xD jk!

aw fine I give I love Nep too as she is so I'm cool with whatever I just always considered her HDD Form as the true her as well, Seeing as both the HDD form and Nep normal form were both her to me xD but if they made the change I'm more then sure its all the best so your most likely right in thinking her voice is better that way..

hmm maybe that might not be to far from what happened they might have just run into a line or something that didn't come out right with the old voice and changed it I'm sure its not a bad change that would make ppl flip out though xD now watch I end up liking it more -.- and have a hard time going back playing mk1 again with the old voice XD I cant win!

Well, there was that scene at the beginning of the first game where Black Heart (Noire) said:

"You're really different when you activate HDD, I kinda like it. Makes me want to try even harder!"

So I always assumed their human forms were default, since Noire made it sound that way. Plus, the Goddesses always commented on Neptune's weight in her human form, saying shes gotten 'pudgier' or 'fat'. Lol

Well, she did get 1kg heavier since the first game...

Well, she did get 1kg heavier since the first game...

Problem being, alternate reality, so she is 1kg heavier in mk2. But that doesn't mean she gained weight, she could have been that weight by default in Mk2's reality ~

Very good point I remember that due to watching that cinematic about 3 times due to how funny the Comment about "Thunder T" made by White Heart "Blanc" was made XD I didn't see that coming for anything but yea odd that in the first game they would make her sound different from her HDD form unlike the other goddess :l hmm

Probably because Neptune was the only one who changed her apparent age when transforming (and pretty much her entire body shape, for that matter).
