Is there any more coupling attacks besides the one with Nepgear and Neptune and Nepgear and Uni, and do any other characters besides Gust get a skill from a Chirper event?

There are a few more all of which are included in the free skills DLC.

Do I need to do anything else to get the other CPU's? So far I only have Neptune, and I'd really like to use Vert.

After Neptune joins your party, get the share of the main cities up to at least 50% then Noire, Vert and Blanc will join you.

All 4 sisters have to be in battle and all 4 of them must have the required AP and SP. Then you can use it.

1) Can't 100 is the max storage between battles.
2) Sometimes coupling changes the AP gain. Normally it's 2 per hit given/received and 10 on standby.
3) Nope, it just gets it in the store for sale!

BTW The VIRUS makes it so you can't activate HDD, OR if you're using it you're put back to Human form. You'd think that people just playing through, Like me, would realize the effects quite easily.... Just sayin... Like with the crossed out sword, ever notice you couldn't use skills? Or the bubbles kinda obvious it's poison....

Might just be me but doesn't Virus effect also make you take more damage from attacks?

I tried every mission to increase leanbox's shares and decrease Arfoire's but it always stayed at 25 and I couldnt get vert on my 2nd playthrough. What can I do in the future so I can have her in my party

Make sure the sponsor is Leanbox in the mission. Raising the 2 supporting cities of Leanbox won't get you Vert. It only counts the main city.

Ah thank you for that which would have answered my 2nd question is how can I raise the shares of the supporting cities because I notice they always have different ones from the main ones. Thank you again! Now on to my 3rd playthrough! ^^

So on my 2nd playthru after beating Magic, she dropped a "shitake bracelet", I also found a recipe to craft them in a true end only dungeon. Given you find the recipe to make a goddess bangle earlier (and are easier to make), I figured shitake bracelets would be better...But they're not, unless they have some kinda hidden bonus?

Another thing after beating brave in the TG-specific route, he dropped a celestial bangle, which owns hard. Does he always drop one or am I lucky?

Last, my uni/Noir are wearing pretty much the same thing as everyone else except their weapons (those 500k weapons, caliburn, and red-something). But in the status menu, they have a weird effect that says something like (I forget exactly, will check alter) "cancels all effects". I thought at first that maybe it was their partner having a nullify status aliment thing. But no, neither have such a partner (and as a matter of fact, the 2 characters who do NOT have that thing in the status menu DO have characters that do that when partnered)... What the dill is it? And I know it's not preventing effects like "tech down", or whatever, because they both suffered some stat downs from that colloseum boss that looks like glow in the dark blue trick, after casting "lick lick", they got some sorta status down (dunno which one, looked like a weird red amoeba-kidney thing lol).

I have seem to keep running into problems with getting the cursed sword event to pop up in leanbox. I swear that place is out to ruin me lol I hope you are having fun Vert lol But I brought Lastation and Lowee to 55% and saw both events. Then I get to Leanbox, recruited Vert and tried but this Big Adventurer guy never showed up. This is my round 2 and on chapter 6. At first leanbox shares were at 60 and then I brought it dowm to 55 because I read it needs 55 to see it.

to get materials to fix the terraport, but I have no clue what they are. Except the 'sexy figurehead'. What do I do at this point? I don't even have a clue where to get this figurehead, since there aren't any events...

You get the ship parts from quest rewards, you might already have the sail and anchor if you been doing quests up to that point, the figurehead is also from a quest that becomes available after that event.
