X-2 did have good music and I did enjoy the job system

Why are you quoting "bad?" No one ever said the new FFs were bad lol. My opinion is that they're not as good.

If I gave half a fuck about the series I'd probably attack you, and not in the way you'd enjoy. I loved IX, but I don't really defend FF games.

Didn't like the story, didn't like the art design, didn't like the characters save for Beatrix, didn't like the game. After I beat it I immediately put it down, same for Final Fantasy VIII.

Well, since the thread has taken a possible temporary turn towards FF, I'll be happy to let you all know that I have not played a single FF game. Wait, no, I did play one. I forgot the name, but I know it's for the gamecube and the main character has...brownish...hair? It was a long time ago, so the details are blurry. Anyone know what game that is?

If anything, IX had the best art design of any of the games ever released ever. My 2 cents on that.

VI, VII, IX, X
The best Final Fantasy games, with X added tentatively because it could draw you in after a while, even though Tidus was kinda dumb.

I could elaborate, and I know that a lot of people loved VIII.
Still, since I haven't played that one, I wouldn't comment on it.

FFX was the only FF I played that bored me to the point that I just stopped midway. I didn't care about the characters or their plight at all. And I wasn't big on the art design either. Best part about it was Blitz Ball. And Lulu<3

And Tidus was a whiny dumb ass to say the least.

It starts off slow, but it gets better. Although, I rarely indulge the excuse "it gets better"...
