If that's the case, then you're going to import it? Lol.
Hell, I sure will be doing just that, especially as a limited edition. Although, that makes me wonder what bonus item(s) we're going to get from Japan. More nendoroids for my Neptunia shrine would be nice.
And that brings up a question: do Compile Heart even know what they're doing? If this isn't related to that Noire game, I'll just give up and wait until it's actually announced.

Ghaleon wrote:I kinda understand the whole charge for dlc mechanic as an attempt for game devs to protect themselves from piracy to make a profit. I can also understand the wealthy people who really aren't affected by these expensive costs saying "if I am willing to pay money for something good, I should be allowed to".
But nobody seems to get that these are GAMES, meant for FUN. I mean, when you have a little kids league soccer team, the team with wealthy kids doesn't have an unfair advantage over the other team. I mean they don't get to enjoy a bigger team cuz they can "hire" more players, nor do they get to utilize gocarts to travel across the field faster. Or when you play paintball, that rich fuck millionaire doesn't get to blast everyone with a helecopter paintball flyby. Why do videogames promote "RL wealth = more fun" more than RL ffs. This is unfortunate too because videogaming, at heart, is so successful BECAUSE it is an easily accessable low-budget source of entertainment for people. I mean you might think that buying a console system is expensive, and that 50 dollar games are expensive. But the hours of entertainment it provides as opposed to cost is *WAY* cheaper than skiing, golfing, whatever sport, clubbing, movies (movies are cheap but they only last a couple hours so...), operas, etc.
I mean, what makes videogames so successful is that it can target the massive audience of less than wealthy people (and the wealthy people). Kinda like the Sims was a monster hit because its target demographic wasn't just the nerdy gamers, but everyone...The game industry is only going to shoot themselves in the foot in the end if they keep up with the trend of making games more expensive, because they'll alienate the majority of the demographic that ONLY they cater to.
