Will NISA follow the trend and charge $5 less for DD D3V?

Just for clarification, I'd like to know beforehand if NISA will charge $5 less on the PSN digital copy of Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention for the PS Vita, or if it'll reach the PSN Store at its full price of $40.

they've charged less for other DD games versus the retail prices, so I don't see why not. Might even be more than a $5 difference?

That, I think it'd be unlikely. Ubisoft, Aksys and Tecmo Koei followed Sony's example, but plenty other publishers didn't. I'd just like to know NISA's stance before making any kind of pre-order.

Downloaded games should always cost a few dollars less. You don't get the hard copy and you can't trade it in. Having it cost $5 less would be a nice way to get gamers to buy it.

Yeah, but it's retailers who take issue with it. Saying they're being 'undercut' and thus may even go so far to refuse to stock it.
So it's a bit of a tricky situation.

Q: 2) Is the PSN Store version of this Vita title going to cost 5 bucks less than the retail version.

A: As for the price, it will be the same as the retail price at $39.99.

And a bit of censoring with that horse item from the japanese version as well.

I...don't think Disgaea 3 had the horse wiener, did it?

I think he was just being silly. We didn't remove anything from the PS V version that was already present in the PS3 version.

That's what I figured after reading more into it, it's the same game after all.
