Pretty much my thoughts.

Innuendo and fanservice do nothing for me when I don't find the girls attractive, and there wasn't anything else to keep my attention. Needs to go somewhere fast or I'm out.

Which I guess wouldn't be all that bad, since it looks like I'll have plenty of other shows to watch this season.

For me, the fanservice was great! probably cause I very quickly fell in love with FNC.

Great first episode and such awesome references. Can't wait for more!

It's not really that different to what Strike Witches does. Basing characters and such to real life existing things. However it's certainly more sexualized than Strike Witches was (surprisingly). Well my mate wasn't keen on it at first but it grew on him as it went on. I'll be watching more it would seem.

Oh and FNC has the greatest pouty face I've seen for ages.

Actually, it's quite different. In Strike Witches, they're not claiming to be planes. They're claiming to be witches, and they use devices to fly. We're getting what we were told we were getting. There are many other reasons it doesn't make sense.

Characters are enough to get me to enjoy many a series, so I totally understand that. But, so far, the innuendo is just turning me off, and the characters haven't done anything interesting at all to me.

I think my expectations got too high for this to be a zany show.

The ecchiservice levels were much further down.

I just enjoyed it because it was just a fun episode, and actually felt interesting.

If you're looking for what the first episode had, then I'd probably be prepared to be disappointed..?

Yea they did, but it's nice to be able to know what they're talking about without going into details. Was kinda lost the previous episode because they didn't for some stuff.

Also, for Jiisuri changing her panties... must mean she was changing her stock, thus less recoil as Sig was wondering about... I think?

Jiisuri used a bipod to get less recoil,and it's shown in the last scene before the credits of how it was done using the bipod .
