The characters are Shi (yu) Shi (yu) and that's basically the same as ShuShu... Unless they changed it in the final product.

Also, despite that it even SOUNDS like "Shu Shu" in the Japanese version, the English version is using "Chou Chou" instead, as confirmed by one of the staff members.

Incidentally, another staff member confirmed in person that they haven't settled on all of the names yet, but I did ask him to keep us posted. XD
