I won't argue with your desire for it being on PS3 but I have a 3DS and would appreciate it getting localized (as unlikely as it is) but yeah I can see it being big on home consoles. I think I remember the producer or watevr wanting to expand consoles but at the moment liking the idea of boobs in 3d.

That really isn't true about other ecchi anime having the same thing. Senran Kagura franchise has characters that really stand out with story written by a great writer and also their origins from videogame makes their universe even more interactive than other "ecchi" anime.

Compared to Senran Kagura, other animes of the same theme/type are generic in comparison.

And when Senran Kagura gets its own anime, it will get even more popularity!! (well depending on the people writing up the anime episodes and stuff, but still could be more entertaining than other anime of its kind.)
