Fiddlesticks. I wanted the skill packs like everyone else. Maybe they didn't have the actors voice the skills? Idk. Perhaps budget? Eh.

I hope for NepV they have a DLC of a little minigame you can play with the characters. Or something along those lines. Just wishful thinking.
