Kingdom Hearts II.
I would make it so you only had to go to each world once. So basically both parts of the world would be grouped together. Then you would go to TT/TWTNW right after the big battles in Hollow Bastion. I think this would really have helped the flow of the game. Other than that, I wouldn't change anything.
