How were they even able to do this? They can't legally sue someone for having Edge in the name of a game. Their copyright is only legally for when referring to their own company. Also, if you check the US Copyright Office Catalog on the website, Tim Langdell is not listed there at all. There are also a ton of listing with Edge copyrighted. Also, since NIS has the copyright for "Cross Edge©", Edge Games can't legally sue them since they have "Edge©", not "Cross Edge©"

I wonder what this guy would think if we start calling it Crossedge or Xedge. He thinks he owns the word Edge but if you have a title that has Edge in it but with other letters as well then he can't say anything.

But seriously though I hope someone goes up against him no matter who it is and just tell him straight out that he doesn't own the word Edge and show him that he doesn't quite understand how copyright laws work.
