Optional characters?

yeeaahhh.... i just need to know a few things about Optional characters... First off, Miyu... Someone told me to pay her 30000(10000 three times) at chapter two and view certain events. That i completely forgot till i was on the next chapter
Anyways! I still tried paying her 10000 at chapter 3 and still got to view the event cooking with mana... This mean that i can still get her as an optional character?

I don't believe it's entirely necessary for everything to get done on Chapter 2, but I could be wrong. I am positive they weren't expecting you to have paid all that off by chapter 3 though.
