Edit: Turns out I had my wife's card on file not my own...I just sent the payment / email with the info, so it should be good now. ^^;

What email am I supposed to use for this? They're having a problem with my billing too, and after looking at my bank account, there's nothing wrong with my credit card or anything. I'm guessing I entered the number wrong by mistake.

For those who use Paypal to pay, I'm not sure what it is, but Paypal has always seemed unreliable to me when it comes to preorders. It's definitely good for eBay services and whatnot, but every preorder I see people having issues when they've used the Paypal method to pay. If NISA accepts prepaid credit cards, that may be a better option in the future, for those of you who don't want to use credit.
