I got the Prinny Bomb, I'm just worried that I should have had my account charged by now. Should I email them or just be patient? I think this is what happened to me with HNMK2 also.. it just took them a few days to charge before the order was ready to ship...

I'd go ahead and give them a call... just to be on the safe side.

This. They have great customer service, each time almost completely solving or easing my issue.

I have no idea why but it seems they had a problem with my order. I got the email tonight, so I hope this gets straightened out... ;__;

Edit: Turns out I had my wife's card on file not my own...I just sent the payment / email with the info, so it should be good now. ^^;

What email am I supposed to use for this? They're having a problem with my billing too, and after looking at my bank account, there's nothing wrong with my credit card or anything. I'm guessing I entered the number wrong by mistake.

My outstanding orders went from 65$ to 0$ and the funds were removed. Not sure if they are just working on them or its an error for yours? I'm sure they will make sure everything gets sorted.

I got the email too. Checked my card and account and everything is in order. I'm going to give them a ring tomorrow and see what's up.

Dang...I've been billed, but no email, no coupon (I think I have enough points to get one but I'm not that concerned) email, and still a "pending fulfillment" in my account but no outstanding balance so I know from my online bank account and from the NISA store that they got my money just fine.

This is a first for me...

Think NISA still working on billing ppl or at less, that how this E-mail could be understood.

It could also be, that NISA is so busy packing our order and getting them send, that they don't have time to change our Status to send + E-mail.

I know they tried to bill mine and it got declined. I sent them a PP payment and they said "Your request for assistance has been received. Case #8015 - "Re: NISA Online Store: Failed Billing for Atelier Meruru" has been created for you. A member of our customer care team will respond to your case as soon as possible. " or something. I have no idea what's going on...

Just to clarify, I did not receive one of those "Ship 4 U" emails. I did get a coupon email, because I guess I have enough points racked up.

For those who use Paypal to pay, I'm not sure what it is, but Paypal has always seemed unreliable to me when it comes to preorders. It's definitely good for eBay services and whatnot, but every preorder I see people having issues when they've used the Paypal method to pay. If NISA accepts prepaid credit cards, that may be a better option in the future, for those of you who don't want to use credit.

I never had any issue with Pre-order billing (neither with this title) and I have always used Paypal.
