I'll see what I can do in regards to making more wallpapers but as I've stated, it's getting hard without any MKII vectors to use. NIS doesn't even have any on their site which makes things a bit more complicated.

Very nice Vita wallpapers. I came across this thread as I was searching for new wallpapers and these were a nice find!

As for .MK2 wallpapers, were you still looking for any? I don't know if you remember hearing about the NIS (Japan) contest they had to make processor parts, but they were giving away zip files with 4 of the characters from MK2. In this zip file are 4 jpeg files of the characters on white backgrounds, as well as 4 .PSD files. In the PSD files, although the characters aren't vectors, they are on their own layer which is nice if you wanted to make any transparent wallpapers or wanted to import the characters onto a different background.

I tried to find the direct link, but it is no longer working (probably since the contest is long over). If you're interested in these, send me a PM and we can figure out how I can send the file to you.

Well, just a small update on this. I've currently got my hands on some MK2 vectors so I'll be working on some new Vita backgrounds now. Also, I might end up doing some backgrounds from the Atelier series as well. I'll keep you all informed as to when I'm done. New backgrounds will be posted in my first post when their done.

Why not use renders instead of vectors?

Unless a vector is made really well, it's usually lacking a lot of the fine details that a direct render of an image does. Plus your wallpapers are using the renders from the first game-- if they were vectors there would be a easily noticeable loss of detail.

I'm well aware that the first batch of wallpapers I made are from HDN 1. As for the images I use, I mostly use whatever I can get my hands on that is useable. Vectors or Renders, doesn't matter as long it gets the job done in which I set out to do.

Hello Everyone!

It's been a while, hasn't it. Well, things haven't been going well for me and so I've been gone for quiet a while. Well anyway, as I've said I would, I've now uploaded a few more Playstation Vita wallpapers for everyone to use. You can pretty much tell which ones I did the backgrounds for but due to time restrictions, I pretty much used other official images to make the other wallpapers. They came out ok, I suppose but I like them.

From now on, I will start using the template I've used for these new wallpapers so if you have special requests as to what you want the side panel to say on your screen or if you have a custom screen you want to use use the template for, let me know through PM. WIth that out of the way, let me know what you all think and talk to you all later. Thanks!

Thanks, I really appreciate it. I'll probably get to work on some wallpapers based on the Atelier series or Mugen Souls. Don't know yet. If it sounds like something you all would use, let me know.
