Yeah I happen to 'notice' Nep's breast upgrade too, knowing the perverted girl I am that notices things like that. Everybody gets an upgrade except Blanc. Poor Blanc...

I really like her design
Also I loved the character development she had , she went from a spoiled brat in the first game to a hard working and mature leader in mk2 that despite her bad temper is really nice to her sisters.
Not to mention her sudden angry outbursts are hilarious
