Vita game cards are bigger than you probably think. I believe the biggest Vita game cards about the same size as a DVD. Also, the voice files are usually compressed and don't really take up that much space.

I think it's more a matter of whether or not they can afford to pay the royalties for the Japanese VAs and also if the programmers have enough time to implement dual audio.

@Hero - Yeah, and I think that the higher the profile VA, the higher their price is...though I don't think that the P4 cast contains any of those high profile VAs (In Japanese at least...3/4 of the P4 cast is high profile English VAs )

Atlus just does not include Dual-audio, and like you said, they only have it on Arena most likely because of Arc Sys' involvement, and how the people who play Arc Sys games are very used to that. But, they COULD surprise us and be turning a new leaf all of a sudden. HIGHLY doubtful, but you never know...

Hey vamp, you seem to know more about JP VAs than I do...are the VAs in this particularly popular, since like I said, that also seems to have an effect, though I don't think that it's the case for this, I know that there was one game where one of the VAs was just demanding too much, causing them to avoid using dual-audio all together...though the game's name doesn't cross my mind

Indeed they are, but I heard they weren't big enough to hold the entire MGS HD Collection.

That's because the MGS HD Collection is bigger than 1 DVD (the 360 version was on two discs)

Finally they added something that's actually cool to the game
