summoning it out of nowhere was epic ;) i need that back again.

Kokuoh (spelling...) was the most OP'd thing in the game, period...he could one hit kill all peons, and break through large enemies easily...I remember that I decided to avoid using him after a while because it just got boring, even if it was a Raoh exclusive mount :P

Oh come on. Kokuoh was awesome.(even if he was broken  ) + we was available to kenshiro for the final stage i personally would never get bored of him..
Now that aside.
Spoiler:
i just hope bat and rin are not playable characters in the 2nd FOTNS

If i had to guess all 4 hohuto ryuken users will be available to play.

How important are Bat and rin to the story, I know that there's a time skip between the first and second series/season...though I dunno how long of one...Rin will probably be in as a playable female though, just like Mamiya was pretty much

Bat and Rin are important in the story, but mainly as support characters that rarely fight.

I don't recall if Rin killed or attacked anyone, but she did wield a crossbow, so she might become playable, though she is still kind of like Yuria, so she might be too pure hearted for them to make a moveset for her, but it would still be cool. There were more innocent women in Koei games (like the Qiaos in Dynasty Warriors), fighting guys, so Rin has a chance, even though she doesn't have as much weapons and cunning like Mamiya had.

Yeah, and did Mamiya actually fight in the manga/anime, if she did, that'd make a big difference too...I'm assuming that Bat uses his fists as well?...hmm, so if they wipe out the old cast, who'd be the new Jagi?

if I recall, both Bat and Rin used crossbows, but they might of used some other things like melee weapons and/or grenades. Neither of them learned martial arts, so Bat might of used a bit of hand to hand combat but not much, and Rin always carried a weapon unless she got caught (yes sadly she was treated like Yuria most of the time.)

Well this video is cool reference of the previous signature moves.

Wonder what the new signature moves will be like. :D

We'll probably get em either way to be honest...nobody will be interested based on a trailer with scenes from the first game (in English I might add...confirming a high chance of an English release) with one picture of Kaioh heh

it's called a teaser trailer for a reason!!

there have been some major franchises that used flashbacks as teasers, without any footage of the sequel.

It really is a nice teaser really.
