...I don't think they made that agreement with Imageepoch just to never release anything.

Why would NISA sign an agreement without knowing exactly what the other company wanted to see localized? o.O

stealth logic...I guess?

Anyways, we'll probably see more Imageepoch games when they decide to move to Vita and consoles (Time and Eternity is technically owned by Bamco, so I am not counting it)

First of all. NISA had presentations about Mugen Souls, the Witch game, and Legasista (Legasista was even playable and I think the Witch game was too). I saw these pics. They talked about A LOT more than is in that first post. Wherever they got that info, it's horribly incomplete.

...Which is assuming they have absolutely nothing planned for the future, and again suggesting they went through negotiations, and both parties signed some kind of agreement, in order for absolutely nothing to ever happen on either end.

Yes. That's... um... that's very likely. Sure. :?

As much as I hate to admit it, I think that contract was a mistake on NISA's part. The whole Imageepoch thing really hasn't gone anywhere.

It hasn't gone anywhere yet. I still think they must have had something pretty concrete planned, or they wouldn't have bothered. NISA didn't need to sign a partnership contract just to bring over one or two games... I think... so, yeah.

Wait and see!
