Availability?

I would like to buy this, but can't find it anywhere in regular retail channels. Does anybody know an online store, which has this title available *and* has reasonable international shipping rates?

I'm well aware, that the title hasn't been released yet. But it's the time to place a preorder. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to find a single retailer who is willing to take that preorder (except for NIS' own online store, but their international shipping rates are way off).

So again the question: Does anybody know an alternate retailer?

I'm not sure how the international rates are, but it's a VERY popular site for purchasing anime.
