Understanding Moe kills.

Postby Alice Twilight » Tue Jan 20, 2015 8:39 pm

Re-bought this game again used and reloaded my last save and remembered there's a whole sun continent I got stuck on (Not the reason I sold the game)
So I pretty much found this guide http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps3/646672-muge ... faqs/65661
Because I was looking for anything to help me understand this mechanic but I can't for the life of me get it work when doing Moe kills on continents. When I think I'm doing the right things with the right Chou Chou Persona the heart metre barely goes up when the guide says to use this Persona and this phrase.

Any tips? Been a real pain trying to progress.

Progressing through this game is pain! The ones that ask for money are bit annoying at first because they often ask for prices of things you've never seen before, but then I remembered all of the prices by heart after doing multiple NG+ runs. I still never beat the first continent on Sun World when I restarted this game on the JP version because of it's pace. It takes a few hours to get used to.

For Moe Kill, I just blindly pick the first phrase only for everything and base my success on the current form I'm using and its charm level. After you beat Sun World, you unlock the Mugen Field which is the best place to farm charm level on floors 60+.

I used that chart a few times, it works most of the time but the outcome is still random, just some randoms are worse than others. When you play long enough, you just observe how each phrase and mood interacts. A combination of Crybaby, Desperate, and Confession usually has a good effect.

Bottom line, success if based on your current form's charm level. If you like to farm many different Shampuru varieties from other enemies, then Moe Kills should be easy.
