Last Boss

Any tips on the last boss? (The Orb) One of it's attacks practically kills my entire party!

I think I'm around lvl 78 or so. Do I need to grind more?

Yes you need to train to at least to level 80 for 3 people of yr team and 2 Cure Cosmos.
This is my team
1.Kanata
2.Rizelea
3.Lucius
4.Mizuki
Use meteorites to increase yr team's AP to at least 75(default)so that you can spam Square,X,and your unique skills and also to charge up for Cure Cosmos.Synthesize good weapons or buy them at the Yoma King Castle Shop to increase yr ap and attack.

He's level 78, 2 more levels isn't going to make a difference. And 78 is really high, I was 40-50 when I finished the game, true ending and all.

Finishing True End with such a low party means extensive usage of the convert shop, which isn't an option if you wanna play the game normally.

And yes, levels DO make a difference.I had tried to kill the final boss of Kanata's Best End and got wiped by the first turn, then got 3-5 levels for each member of my party and I beat him pretty easily.

Yeah, levels can give great stat boosts and make huge differences. I think I was around 70-80 when I beat the final boss. But I was also on Riz's path as well.

The Convert Shop isn't even available in your initial run, so it's not an option period. Completing the game at a "low level" isn't unusual, True End or otherwise. I personally just found the game to be a bit on the easy side.

And of course levels in general make a difference, but I personally haven't noticed a significant difference from being level 78 and 80.

No,I meant the actual "True End",not the character specific True Ends, which is only available on a second playthrough,so convert shop would also be available.Sorry if I confused you.

Also, the actual True End is impossible for lvl 40-50,unless you use the Convert Shop or something else, like the Meteorite System or the Monster Coloseum. The recommended levels for the True End boss are around 180+,to actually have a chance.Else, you'll die in one turn.

May I ask what you mean by "extensive usage of the Convert Shop"? Abusing the stat souls? Then I'd have to agree. I actually just got the true True End recently, I did have all the character's ultimate weapons but that was it. I don't remember how you get their best weapons (convert shop or synthesis) but I was only level 80 something. Yes I had meteorites equipped but you can only get so strong through meteorites, even the dlc ones are limited and don't make up for the supposedly 100 levels I was missing, a recommended level that high I'd say is for the extra cautious.

Yeah,I just mean using the convert shop a lot, regardless of what you actually buy.I for example, first went for ultimate weapons/armors,which made me invincible for the whole True End,minus the last boss. Then equipped some meteorites that gave something like +1800 all stats(I think) and blasted the boss away.My party was not even 100 when I did it.You can also skip all those things and just use souls till the end of time.

I used the weapons that require the character specific mana to create. I'm not sure if those are the character's strongest, but I don't believe I needed the Convert Shop for them.

I think I was around 120ish when I beat the final boss. If I remember correctly I had item as my first ability on at least 2 or 3 people and constantly used the 25% heal party item, the name escapes me atm after her big aoe attack. Take note this was before I even knew what the convert shop did lol so I didn't actually have alot of the party-wide herb, but I decided to splurge seeing as how it was the last fight and I was going to start another plus game after wards.
