Good Bye Everyone... :-(
As we said in our last newsletter, our NISA Online Store will be closing today, Feb. 5th. We've got some people out running a garage sale to get rid of all our extra inventory. It's pretty sad, actually. We hate to say goodbye to our loyal customers. Really, it's quite regrettable. Maybe if we'd had more orders, this wouldn't have happened...oh, don't get us wrong. We're certainly not blaming any of you for our store closing down. We wish you all the best, and hope to see you again.
But fear not! We've been contacted by Miss Rosenqueen, who has shown a great interest in our online store! She has graciously (and forcefully) asked us to hand over the e-keys to our online storefront. It took some convincing (threatening), but we've decided to take her offer. Therefore, the NISA Online Store will live on through Miss Rosenqueen's store, "RosenQueen: Powered by Merchant Monkeys!"
This all happened so quickly, it will take about 10 days to prepare for the Grand Opening. Please bear with while we renovate the shop and prepare RosenQueen to open to the public.
You may wonder what will happen to your NISA Online Store points, or your orders which haven't shipped out yet. Well, don't worry your pretty little heads. We'll explain all that...right now!
Points: Your points will carry over to the RosenQueen store once it opens. However, considering technical issues, it may take a while to move your points over. But don't worry, we'll promise you that you will get those well-earned points. We'll notify all those who have points at the NISA Online Store via e-mail.
Orders: We'll process all orders placed by Feb. 5th. So you won't stay up all night, tossing and turning, wondering if you'll be charged and not get the goods.
Account Info: Although your points will be carried over to the RosenQueen store, for your own security your personal information won't. So we'll have to ask you to sign up for the RosenQueen store if you want those points back.
We may be gone for now, but we promise to see you again real soon!

PS. Even with the NISA Online Store closing, we will always let you know what's happening over at NIS America!
