魔族の女性は生まれつき魔法の才能に恵まれることが多く、幼くして魔法使いとなるものもいる。 魔道協会は未熟な魔法少女たちの為に、力の爆発を防ぐ特殊なリボンを支給している。 着用者の能力に合わせて詠唱時の魔力を自動調節する上、協会が発信する情報が脳に直接伝わる優れもの。 勉強せずとも知識を得られる為か、能天気で楽観的な性格のものが多い。
