These women used to guard various sanctuaries scattered throughout the Netherworld. However, many of these sanctuaries were lost due to shifts in the Netherworld, so many of them now live as swordswoman instead. Although, they lost their jobs as guardians, their motives and pride for their swords still remains. They follow a strict code of honor called Bushi Road.
