Recruiter
Recruiting units (character creation) can be done at a Recruiter facility in the base. At the Recruiter, you can find any job, race, level, personality, etc. from all across the Netherworlds!
Units can be selected from more than 40 different jobs and races. Names, statuses, and other various stats can be customized, too.
