Noble Faction

At the end of the civil war, the Vermillion Apocalypse is revived at Duke Cayenne's hands. With its appearance, the empire is in danger of being completely destroyed, but fortunately, it's defeated by Class VII with Crow and Vita's help.

Reformist Faction

Came out on top after the civil war due to Rufus weakening the Noble Alliance from within, Osborne's reappearance, and the exploitation of Rean's achievements.

Third Faction

Though the third faction are the ones that bring the civil war to a close, the Reformist Faction publicly spins Rean into a hero of the Imperial Government, declaring him the Ashen Chevalier.

Imperial Family of Erebonia

During the civil war, both Alfin and Cedric are kidnapped by Duke Cayenne. However, each of them is saved thanks to Rean, Class VII, Crow, and Vita.

Zephyr

Though it seemed as though Zephyr had disbanded after the death of their boss, they were still secretly working together to bring him back.

Ouroboros

Vita was in charge of overseeing Ouroboros' main goal in Erebonia, the Phantasmal Blaze Plan. However, it's stolen from her by Osborne at the end of the civil war.

Imperial Liberation Front

Though the group succeed at assassinating Osborne, G and V lose their lives during the civil war. At the very end, Crow is tragically killed as well after helping Class VII save the empire.
